Cultivating the land naturally for a future

Africa is an immense territory in which countless communities struggle for their daily lives. Some of these cohabit intimately with nature, seeking the best harmony and giving it the right care so that it continues to bestow its treasures. 

Often, in these communities, one encounters genuine dedication, a sense of belonging and a solid readiness to help each other. Poverty is very much present, but in the villages, among family members and acquaintances, it is not uncommon to see how those who work and earn a salary, help their relatives. Similarly, the small entrepreneur tries to give work to people living in the neighbouring village. 

To discover this other part of the African continent, it is necessary to travel far from all the tourist trails.
In a small community near the town of Karatu, a few hours’ drive from Arusha in Tanzania, there is a family that cultivates and produces coffee of the Arabica variety using only natural substances. 

The plants themselves are protected by a mixture of extremely hot chillies, local herbs and water.
From care from seed to roasting, with only the help of local employees engaged in daily field work. Living with these people only seemingly moves the hand of time backwards.
